abstinence of drugs, after mos of clean time does the body cleanse itself by making frequent bowel movements?

I was diagnosed with Gardners Syndrome at 17. I am now 25, and was wondering if you can still get rectal cancer after an ileostomy procedure. My father died of rectal cancer after this procedure and I’m experiencing some discomfort in that region is why I’m asking.

I’ve dealt with prostatitis for a few years now. The pain is more in the rectum now. I’ve seen a urologist, he checked the prostate, and it’s not as inflammed as it used to be. I’ve tried anti-biotics and he doesn’t think I need those anymore. There’s no infection.

He thinks it’s more of a muscle/nerve problem "down there." And he’s sending me to a physical therapist. Anyone out there with prostatitis or pelvic floor pain(I know pregnant women can get that pain) gone in for that?
It’s kinda funny because I just got that book. And then went to see my urologist and was going to ask him about it but seems like he’s taking the same approach. And it does make sense.

Lately, I feel like my colon is going to fall out through my butt! The feces is a dark brown color – not black – but, like, dark dark brown. And Im pretty sure there are some strands of tissue. I can see flecks of blood on them. Im sure of it.

Also, I find that Im constantly switching from loose to constipated. Not diarreha loose, just not really wanting to stay together, but is, by the grace of the poop god.

He was recently in a car accident, hit and run, and so he was quite fragile and needed resting so yesterday I let him out to go do his dirty work and when he came back he had shit all over his ass and when I tried removing some he wont let me touch him he just starts yelping like crazy.

So touching him or using a cloth or any of that is out of the question, I need a diet to clean his colon and to get it all out or other suggestions that do not involve touching him because he yelps so loudly that I feel like falling to peices, I feel his pain, and even the neighbors can hear him…
He WAS at the vet and the vet said NO baths for 10 days after accident

i’ve read articles and etc. on how it is good to have a healthy and clean colon, and for the past almost year i’ve felt like i could really use it, espeacially seeing that i have some symptoms.

i hear about colon detox pills but i don’t know if they actually work.

so what is the best way i can clean out and get a healthier colon?

I have realized that my belly is getting bigger than usual so was thinking about trying this type of colon cleansing. Does it work and are there any disadvantages to it?

i have a friend whos mom just died from liver cancer. she refused treatment becasue she had already gone through colon cancer.

have to use harsh chemicals,i mean something to clean your intestines out good.
